Kathy is the HR Government Affairs Director for MRA. She monitors the legislative and regulatory issues that affect members and provides services and training on issues that impact members, including EEO, FLSA, immigration, RIFs, HIPAA, and health, welfare and retirement benefits. Kathy successfully applies complex concepts to real-world situations and, when training, loves to see a class participant have an “ah-ha” moment.
Prior to joining MRA Kathy held a variety of management, benefits, legal, and HR positions, including vice president benefits, regional sales/service vice president of a national insurance company, and vice president deputy general counsel.
