Waxing will be most effective if hair is about 1/4" in length. Please allow 3-4 weeks of hair growth between appointments or after shaving. You may trim longer hair to the proper length for the most efficient service. Extra sensitivity may be experienced during menstruation or with caffeine consumption; taking a pain reliever 30 minutes prior to service helps ease discomfort. If you are menstruating, you must have a tampon in for Brazilian waxing services.

When in doubt, you may reschedule your appointment for a more suitable day.
​You MUST stop using any topical exfoliants,
(Retin-a, Renova, glycolics, etc...) at least 3 days
​prior to facial waxing, and inform us before service of any use of these.
